If you are looking for a family run B&B in Warrington, Cheshire, with a welcoming, friendly and relaxing atmosphere then ‘The School House’ is the perfect Bed and Breakfast accommodation for you. Built circa 1840 originally as the Headmaster’s House to the Old School next door, it has been extended and tastefully refurbished to provide en-suite accommodation with a ‘home from home’ touch. The School House delivers everything you would expect from a family-run home to ensure your stay is comfortable and relaxing from the moment you arrive. As such, we will endeavour to meet your needs, whether your stay is for business or pleasure.

Our Rooms
We have four rooms that can be available for you. Each one is named after our favourite school subject; Maths, English, Science and History. Prices will be cheaper if booked through this page.
Things to Do
We live in a fantastic area. Manchester Airport, Liverpool and Chester are less than a 30 minute drive away. There is urban sprawl and deep countryside within a few minutes walk.
Food & Drink
There are many choices of food and drink in the local area. Four are within a 20 minute walk (or less) away. The rest are a short car journey of less than 2 miles.
About Us
We are Garry and Helen. We have both been teaching in schools, hence falling in love with The School House. We have tried to bring to our home the traditional warmth and feeling of yesteryear yet keep things up to date.
Dogs
We are dog friendly and we have our own little friend. Well behaved dogs are more than welcome to bring their owners.
